The service was fantastic, and the equipment is top-notch. A lady named Diana was incredible; she responded quickly and provided outstanding customer support. I received my bars just two days after placing my order! All in all, I’d give it 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the delivery service, Tuffnells, is downright terrible - it’s not ideal to have a ‘partner’ ruin your business image.

Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a subscriber, I got an early access code for 15% off during Black Friday. I thought I was scoring a sweet deal, so I went ahead and ordered what I wanted. But before my order even arrived, I got another email with Black Friday deals, and guess what? The same item I bought was listed for a lot less! Feeling totally cheated, I reached out to customer service, but they were utterly useless. Their response was basically, 'Sorry, there's nothing we can do.' It was clear they just didn’t care. You can usually gauge a company's quality by how they handle issues, and this was just unacceptable. After going back and forth with emails all morning, they finally suggested I could return my order at my own expense and then re-purchase the same item for less. But hold on, they’d have to deliver it for free since it was over the threshold! What’s the point? That would end up costing them more! It was a shocking experience. Do yourself a favor and shop with a company that actually values its customers and has decent service, not this chaotic outfit. I only gave them one star because there wasn’t an option for zero. I hope my review helps steer you away from this company and makes them lose more than the few bucks it would’ve taken to keep me satisfied. If the higher-ups read this, I hope they take a good look and see that I’m just a regular customer who feels wronged and that they might want to fix things. But honestly, based on how things went, I’m not holding my breath.

Regrettably, my experience has been poor because of FedEx. This is more about the delivery service than Jordan, who are actually quite good. It's just frustrating to be let down by the courier, which might make me lean back towards Amazon, even though I prefer not to.

Awesome dumbbells and weight stand. I ran into a problem with the wrong size rack, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Five stars, ten out of ten, just fabulous. I got my hands on the Ignite Pump X Urethane Studio Barbell set for home workouts like Body Pump. The plates come with a raised edge in the center, which is supposed to be a new locking feature. However, when I tried adding more plates, they didn’t stay put as expected. The raised edges don’t fit tightly on the bar or against the collar, causing the weights to shift around, especially during moves like the clean and press. It’s really frustrating to feel like the weights aren’t secure when you’re trying to move quickly. I reckon they could fix this by adding a similar raised edge to the bar and collar, but I doubt that’ll happen. Honestly, I think it’d be better to just ditch the raised edge entirely. Looking back, I wish I had chosen the Classic Rubber Barbell set instead.

Fast service and excellent commercial gear, not the cheap and unreliable items you often find on other online platforms. Availability is solid too, which can be hard to come by these days. The soft cable handles are a nice touch.

For six years now, I’ve been using Jordon Fitness products. I operate a Small Functional Fitness Club, and my budget for equipment is a bit tight, so I’m not spending like the larger gyms. Still, I get the same quality service as those big clubs do.

The after-sales support has always impressed me, which is super important in my book. The products have generally been well made. However, I did have an issue with a medicine ball that split before it even hit a year of use. They replaced it, but the original was over a year old, so it couldn’t be swapped out. That makes two medicine balls that have split on me, so I’m starting to wonder if these balls are up to par with the rest of the gear I’ve purchased.

The service was solid. Prices are fair. I ordered some stability balls in 65cm, but when I blew them up, they turned out smaller than my 55cm ones???

The items took more time to arrive than I thought, and FedEx wasn't too reliable with the delivery because of issues at the factory. Usually, I've had a solid experience with Jordan Fitness, but this time it just didn't go as planned.

My physical trainer pointed me your way for quality gear, and I ain't let down. The 6k kettlebell, made of cast iron, is top-notch. The handle's design really helps with the grip.
